அந்த(andha) புத்தகம் என்(yen) புத்தகம்(puthagam).
இந்த(indha) புத்தகம் உன் புத்தகமா(puththagamaa)?
Look at the above two sentences.
என் புத்தகம் - my book
அந்த புத்தகம் என் புத்தகம். That book is my book.
அந்த is that.
inda puththagam un puththagamaa?

Note: the use of long vowel ஆ to mark the question in the second sentences.
To answer that question you say.
ஆம். இந்த புத்தகம் என் புத்தகம் தான். Yes, this book is my book.
or to negate we say.
இந்த புத்தகம் எனது இல்லை. This is not my book.
அந்த வீடு உன் வீடா?
Is that house your house?
ஆம். அந்த வீடு என் வீடு.
