In the previous lessons you learnt the following consonants

There are also two vowels which follow the s shape namely इ and ई

In this lesson we will see words with the base shape as ट - Actually consonants introduced as shape

of S can come under this category as they can be seen as elongation of this consonant.

ट - Ta(ta as in tomato)

ठ - Tha(is the aspirated equivalent of ट)

ढ - Dha(aspirated equivalent of ड/da as in canada)

द - da

ट ठ ढ द

Ta Tha Da da

Practise the consonants by making flashcards and try to work our different combinations of words with different vowels signs.
